Let yourself be free

Being creative can increase positive emotions, lessen depressive symptoms, reduce stress, decrease anxiety, and even improve immune system functioning. Whilst being creative say using Art materials the right-side hemisphere of the brain (the creative side) becomes more active stepping aside from the constant chatter in the mind of everyday life.  Being creative helps to break down barriers to the internal processes which tell us that creating, exploring, and imagining are childlike actions that sometimes lead to feeling embarrassed or feeling childlike. however. It is here in this realm that we can be free as a child and be able to explore those deeper issues that interfere with our lives.
